Melisa is the Owner/Founder of Vista HR. As a small business Owner herself, she know and understands the frustrations of feeling overwhelmed by all the details that Human Resources encompasses. She founded Vista HR to help other small business Owners take the weight of the frustrations she faced off of their shoulders and focus on the bigger picture of maintaining and growing their businesses.
Savannah is our Director of Human Resources. With over 4-years of experience in Human Resources Management and over 10-years of experience in Operations Management, she's worn a lot of hats to grow her skillset and expertise to help take on your HR needs!
